Joseph Asangaeneng is the visionary founder and CEO of Netisens ICT Tech Hub, Akwa Ibom's leading technology training centre. Driven by a passion for digital empowerment, he established Netisens with a bold mission — to make world-class tech education accessible to every Nigerian, regardless of background or prior experience.
Under his leadership, Netisens has grown into a nationally recognised tech hub — producing thousands of certified graduates, partnering with federal programmes like NITDA and 3MTT, and positioning Uyo as a serious player in Nigeria's digital economy.
